Navano on October 8, 2015 to face formal sentencing.; The complaint says on January 13th McCaskill under the Facebook page Colorado Cop Block wrote: ÒIÕll kill an FBI agent or foot soldier if they come at meÉnow come arrest me you (expletive) cowardsÉIÕm going to be a pigs worst nightmare.Come get meÓ; Some of the threats made on the Colorado Cop Block page were directed to an Oklahoma Law Enforcement Officer shared on the Oklahoma Cop version of the page.; The complaint further indicates that McCaskill wrote on January 11th: ÒIf someone was to gun this Oklahoma officer down, I will be the first to donate to his defense fund.Ó; Then, in a Jan. 15 post, McCaskill said, ÒIÕm going to kill an officer or two and let them take me out. What the (expletive) are they going to do? Die with me. We can just have some suffering families.Ó; McCaskill could face the maximum penalty of Five (5) years in prison, a fine of not more than two hundred and Fifty thousand dollars ($ 250,000), or both. If McCaskill is incarcerated he will not be eligible for early release or parole.; In addition to incarceration and a fine McCaskill will be subject to a term of supervised release not to exceed three (3) years, during which he will be subject to various restrictions and requirements.
